How do you recruit your tutors?

Over 90% are recommended by existing tutors.

New tutors complete a detailed,  hand-written application form and submit on paper -

• A current CV
• Evidence of degree/teacher training certificates
• A testimonial of teaching/tutoring experience
• A reference from a professional referee.
• A photograph.
• A current police check or CRB.

Most tutors remain with us for many years offering a wealth of experience. 

Existing tutors are required to update information regularly.

Tutors are full or part-time teachers, ex-teachers, supply teachers and postgraduates taking higher degrees. All have teaching experience.

When and how do I pay your Registration fee?

You pay after the second lesson and before the third. 

We send you an introductory pack with information about Home Tutors, details of the tutor assigned and a registration form.

You can pay by cheque, Postal Order or by Credit/Debit Card.
